Hi guys
I am on tamoxifen and have had success with a few different drugs. The clomid (Clomiphene citrate) and the nolvadex (Tamoxifen) I take the day before have been very effective.
The only thing that has really worked for me is making sure I take the nolvadex only when I need it. It has worked in me too, but I do not want to take it as often.
I have had no negative side effects so far so I am looking forward to trying it and hopefully getting back into my current dosage. I am planning to have a trip to Japan next week, so will be starting to take it in the autumn so hopefully this will be a good time to try it.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
Hello guys!
I am a breast specialist who has worked with a lot of people around the world to help them get the hormone levels down. My research is to try and get them to go down in the opposite direction by using a supplement or other drug to get more testosterone.
For example, Clomid is a supplement that helps by stimulating the release of estrogen. It may be a good idea to have a trial with it, as this may be more beneficial for you.
My experience with tamoxifen is that it may increase the amount of testosterone in the body, but it does not have any effect on that. When you take it as an injection or as a shot, it can cause side effects that have nothing to do with the injection.
I know people have asked me how I am going to find the optimal dosage for them. I am currently on tamoxifen and have found that I can do that on the day I take it.
The best dose for me will be around 40mg (one week before the injection), taken at around the same time, so about 25-30mins apart. The nolvadex can be taken on the same day, but it can be taken up to four times a day.
Please take my current dose on Friday morning, just in case it does not work for you. I am hoping to have the day off on Monday. I would just take the injection and take it at the same time daily.
I am planning to use the nolvadex at the same time as I have done it in my past.
Hope this helps and helps!
Hi guys!
I have had no negative side effects. I just did a little exercise and I feel better. My doctor suggested that I get a shot, but it was not recommended because it has had no effect on my testosterone levels. I am on a low dose of Tamoxifen and am trying to get a low dose, which will be in order.
Any ideas on what I might need to do to get my test done before I begin the injection?
Hello!
I am on a low dose of tamoxifen. I am not sure whether I need to use the nolvadex at all, or take the shot. I also am not sure if it would be better to get the nolvadex on Friday morning or if it would just be me and not the clinic. I am planning to take it on Friday morning, so the first injection will be around the same time. I can take it the same time as I can take the Nolvadex but it has not worked for me. I have taken it for about a week and have not experienced any side effects. I am taking it for a week and have not experienced any side effects.
Hope that helps!
Hi!
I also am not sure whether it would be better to get the nolvadex on Friday morning or if it would just be me and not the clinic.
I know it's not ideal, but I don't have any side effects at all. The only thing I need to do is to take the injection on Friday morning. I am not sure if it would be better to get the nolvadex on Saturday morning.
Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that works by blocking the effects of estrogen on the body’s estrogen receptors. This means that the body can no longer effectively use estrogen to maintain its normal hormone balance.
Nolvadex is used to treat breast cancer and other types of cancer. The drug is often prescribed as part of a comprehensive cancer treatment plan, but it can also be used to reduce the risk of certain side effects associated with chemotherapy. The drug is typically taken once a day, with or without food.
Nolvadex is also used in breast cancer prevention. It prevents the growth of cancer cells that depend on estrogen to spread.
Nolvadex is sometimes prescribed off-label to treat breast cancer. It is typically prescribed in conjunction with surgery and radiation treatment.

Nolvadex can also be used to prevent or treat certain cancers, such as endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer. It is also sometimes used to treat certain types of breast cancer and to reduce the risk of certain side effects associated with radiation therapy.
Nolvadex is sometimes used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan that includes other preventive therapies such as surgery and radiation.
Nolvadex may also be used in some cases for the treatment of high-risk conditions such as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and certain types of cancer, as well as for the treatment of high-grade tumors.
Nolvadex is also sometimes used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan that includes chemotherapy and surgery.
The use of Nolvadex is not recommended for people with certain types of breast cancer, such as those with ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) or patients with high-grade tumors. The drug can also be used in those who have an abnormal mammogram, but its use should always be under the guidance of a healthcare provider.
In the United States, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved a drug called tamoxifen citrate to treat breast cancer. The drug is typically used in combination with other treatments like chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
The drug is also approved to prevent breast cancer in women who have had surgery to remove a tumor. The drug is also sometimes used off-label in men to treat high-grade tumors, such as those with prostate cancer.
Nolvadex Breast Cancer Treatment Trialists -The Nolvadex Breast Cancer Trialists - (NCT04115325) is a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial that compares Nolvadex to tamoxifen for the treatment of patients with hormone receptor-positive early-stage breast cancer who were followed for a median of 17 years.
The trial has shown Nolvadex to be superior to tamoxifen in terms of overall survival rates, disease-free survival rates, overall treatment failure rates, and overall treatment success rates, as well as in terms of progression-free survival and overall treatment failure rates.
The Nolvadex Breast Cancer Prevention Trialists - (NCT04017561) is an ongoing study that compares Nolvadex to tamoxifen in the treatment of patients with hormone receptor-positive early-stage breast cancer who were followed for a median of 3.5 years.
Nolvadex is approved to treat breast cancer in hormone receptor-positive early-stage breast cancer in postmenopausal women. It is also approved for the prevention of breast cancer in women who have had surgery to remove a tumor and for the treatment of breast cancer in women who have high-risk factors for breast cancer.
Tamoxifen is also approved to treat breast cancer in women who have undergone hysterectomia. In the NCT04017561 study, the women treated with tamoxifen had a median increase of 2.5 years in overall survival compared to a placebo, which was 5.2 years.
